Payment Policies

Payment is due at the time of service.

20-minute initial consultation	No charge
30-minute individual counseling session	$75 (if billed to insurance) $65 (if paid privately)
60-minute individual counseling session	$150 (if billed to insurance) $125 (if paid privately)

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Exceptions may be made for dire circumstances and are made by a case-by-case situation. Not giving 24-hour notice will result in a 50% fee of the original cost that will be billed directly to you using your debit or credit card on file.

I am an out-of-network provider for all other providers. A superbill can be provided if you would like to submit services to your insurance company other than Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Optum.

Debit/Credit Card

A debit or credit card must be kept on file. Missed appointments without 24-hour cancellation notification and all outstanding fees will be charged to your card. All self-payments are due at the time of services.
